Mission statement:	The mission of the Entity is specified through some basics : • recognize the centrality of the person understood as the bearer of rights in any physical or psychological condition is found; • enhance the character of social work and in particular to promote the search for new opportunities in the different areas ; • to promote and disseminate the values ¿¿and the cooperative model by opening up to collaboration and support with other agencies ; • to support charitable projects to areas and citizens of the world who are not granted the rights to health, education, employment . The plus relational , that the Association has acquired as a distinguishing factor of his action , concerns the identification of the elements that characterize a socially responsible organization from one that simply works in the field of public utility services nonprofit . The core values ¿¿that still today constitute the mission and also the cultural heritage of the Association are to promote the person 's quality of life , that is, the "general interest of the community to promote human and social integration of citizens ."The initiatives promoted by the Association are aimed at the creation of centers able to accommodate and assist child victims of abuse and degradation , single mothers , the elderly in need, and to help and support families in conditions of social unrest. Consistent with its Articles of Association , the Association of Voluntary aims to: • create centers of business and consultancy services and support to local authorities , through the creation of "Centres of Listening " support and integration of public social services ; • develop activities of intercommunication and contact between different bodies with a database; • To encourage the planning and integrated planning with local institutions is that school health ; • promote cooperation and collaboration with movements and voluntary associations, social cooperatives and foundations. The special attention to the problems of children 's activities Helpeople Foundation marks the very beginning of its history , in recent years, in particular, the attention has also generated a number of innovative projects and more articulated that allowed to address the problems of children also from a perspective broader and more complex , through interventions involving families in key preventive and territory, as in the case of projects in support of parenting or of initiatives aimed at improving their business.The means to achieve that purpose within the educational community concern on the one hand , the processing , to the extent possible , the discomfort of minor guests , and second, the social reintegration of the child through a process that provides a new way of living expendable for a possible return to the nuclear family . This means that the path of psycho- social recovery of a minor will be implemented mainly by proposing alternative lifestyles that can become a reality perceived through the example provided daily by the team professional operating within the educational community.

Organizational structure:	Is a democratic organitation: the President the Vice President ; the Board of Directors; the Committee of Experts ; the Secretary General; the Director-General the Board of Auditors The President and the Vice President 7 - The President shall convene and chair the Board of Directors and is the legal representative , to verify compliance with the Statute and the Rules, promotes their reform if deemed necessary. The President represents the "Foundation" before third parties and in legal proceedings , in their relations with institutions and at events and conferences and coordinates and supervises the activities of the organization. The power of representation may be exercised separately by the Director General in the case of delegation by the President. The President or, in the case of his absence or disability , the Vice President, appointed by the President is a member of the Executive Council , and he remains in office until revocation , resignation, or until the next presidency : a) shall implement the resolutions of the Board of Directors, adopted in accordance with the statute ; b ) endeavor to ensure the smooth running of the activities of the Foundation; c) may take such measures as are necessary and urgent for the protection of the interests of the Foundation, except to report to the competent bodies for ratification . d) may appoint attorneys for single acts or categories of acts , lawyers and attorneys . The Vice President of the Foundation shall replace the President of the Foundation in all its attribution whenever this is impeded in the exercise of its functions. Board of Directors 8 - The Foundation is managed by the Board of Directors, which is composed of a number of members between three and nine o'clock are part of the Chairman, Vice - Chairman and the Secretary General, the Director of the Foundation. It is up to the Board of Directors: a) the management of the Association in all its aspects in accordance with the guidelines set out , in particular , the acts of ordinary and extraordinary administration in relation to the addresses received . You can buy or sell or exchange real or personal property ; constitute liens or mortgages , open bank accounts , even in foster care ; purchase public or private securities , publications or other rights of any nature ; accept inheritances, bequests and donations ; b ) approve the annual budget and final accounts of the Foundation presented by the Director General ; c) appoint the Director of the Foundation and the Secretary General; d) ratify any acts necessary and urgent made ¿¿by the President under this statute ; e) exercise any other functions conferred on it ; f ) decide on changes statuesque ; g) decide on the use of any profits or surpluses where permitted by law or these Bylaws ; h ) approve the dissolution and liquidation of the Foundation and the disposal of its property ; i) determine the remuneration of the Auditors and the possible benefits; j ) appoint the members of the Committee of Experts ; k) hires and fires employees and determines the legal and economic treatment in accordance with the rules of private law and within the limits laid down in Legislative Decree no. No. 460 December 4, 1997 and the Law no. 49 of February 26, 1987 , as supplemented by Law August 29, 1991 , 288 . 9 - The Governing Council shall be convened by the President and shall act with the presence of a majority of the Directors and the affirmative vote of a majority of those present. The vote of the President in case of equal worth double . The meeting of the Executive Council will be prepared the minutes signed by the Chairman and the Secretary. Committee of Experts Article 10 - The Board of Directors shall appoint , on the proposal of the Chairman , the Committee consists of a number of members not less than three and not more than 21 , shall remain in office for four years and may be reappointed .
