    Organizational structure: The President: Serve as the principal representative Preside over meetings Ensure that the decisions of the organization are carried out The Vice President: Supervise the progress and activities of the organization Assist the President with the internal administration of the organization Make updates to this constitution as amendments are added Meet regularly with the President The Treasurer: Serve as the authority on financial implications regarding the organization Maintain accurate and complete records of all financial activities Create a quarterly budget for the organization Present this budget to the Executive Board for approval Meet regularly with the President The Secretary: Maintain the official records of all actions Maintain all other written records of the organization Take minutes at meetings Make available to any interested party records pertaining to the organization Meet regularly with the President The Public Relations Officer: Create and distribute all forms of communication for the organization Propose ways to attract new members Maintain the club’s website as well as all other forms media The Welfare Officer: See to the welfare of all members Head of the planing committee for our training, symposiums, workshops/seminars
