    Organizational structure: We have a president. But always the board makes decisions and approve them in a group way. The new board of directors is composed of psychologists, doctors, lawyers, and as we are a network, REDUC involves all the militants and drug users to improve drug policies. The board members have a mission to articulate with authorities and civil society, involving them in a harm reduction and human rights debate.
    Number and type of members: As a network we have 82 members and founders but indeed REDUC is open for all people interested in the drug abuse field, harm reduction and human rights issues.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: We are an IDPC member and the board consists in people from many other NGOs from Brazil and abroad.
