    Year of registration: 2011
    Organizational structure: Membership organization with members paying annual dues. Organization overseen by a board elected from among dues paying members. Board hires one full time employee, the coordinator, who oversees office operations, website, and the like. Board meets in person twice each year to approve and oversee budget and overall operations. Board also meets by conference call once per year for the same purpose. Board also has subcommittees that oversee various tasks - human resources, development, programming, marketing, events planning, and the like.
    Number and type of members: The Roundtable currently has 175 members in the United States, all of whom work for Catholic dioceses in the role of social justice directors. In addition, there are affiliate members who are social justice directors of religious communities in the Catholic Church who share our work and mission. There are 24 such affiliate members at present.
