    Organizational structure: The Foundation SES is organized in chapters, i.e. institutional forums or committees through which the Foundation's activities are organized, and sectors, i.e. institutional forums that support the actions carried out in the different chapters. There are three chapters, which correspond to the organization's mission: -Education -Employment -Youth-centered activities A fourth chapter is the Network and Partnerships Chapter, which seeks to develop social and educational development at a regional level by building a regional network of associated organizations. Currently, the following sectors can be found within the Foundation SES: - Monitoring, Evaluation and Systemization, i.e. management support for programs and actions - Communication - Resource Development and Institutional Relations - Institutional Administration - Social Economy - Volunteering
    Number and type of members: 30 people - Social and Education Professionals, Technicians, Social Workers, Administration, Account managers. Members of the Iberoamerican league of Civil Asociations - La Liga
