L’AGIL est structurée comme suit : A- Assemblée générale B- Le Conseil d’Administration C- Le Commissariat aux Comptes D- Les Antennes le Conseil d’Administration Le Conseil d’Administration de l’AGIL comprend les membres suivants : Président ; Vice Présidente ; Secrétaire Administratif : 1er Secrétaire à l’organisation ; 2ème Secrétaire à l’organisation ; Secrétaire à l’Information, Éducation et Communication ; 1ère Secrétaire au Genre et Développement ; 2ème Secrétaire au Genre Et Développement ; Secrétaire Au Renforcement Des Capacités ; Secrétaire Aux Relations Extérieures ; L’AGIL est administré par un Conseil d’Administration composé de 9 membres dont 4 Filles/femmes. A ce titre le Conseil d’ Administration : Contrôler l’exécution du programme d’activités de l’Association Proposer à l’Assemblée Générale les montants des cotisations Établir le règlement intérieur Il se réunit une fois tous les 3 mois Il est responsable de l’exécution correcte des activités devant l’Assemblée Il est responsable devant l’Assemblée Générale à laquelle il rend compte de la marche de l’ONG 4. Le commissariat aux comptes Il est composé de deux (2) membres ; ils sont chargés de vérifier l’authenticité des comptes et des dépenses réalisées. |
