Annual work appraisal is done by the staff to identify best practices that worked and what did not work during the year. Feed back of the appraisal is taken to the BOT for the next strategic planning.___________________________________________ The Board meets to discuss and strategize for a stipulated period of time, usually 2-5 year plan. The plan is documented and implemented annually by the Staff as coordinated by the Secretary to the Board who doubles as the Executive Director. |
