Before a person to fill adherence form, the applicant he/she must bring the police clearance with correct details as written in his/her ID, passport or status and fees require. -Adherence fees can change but it should be informed early and money should be pay also in two sequences which is not refundable when you want to leave the organization. 1.2 -The organization doesn’t tolerate any kind of barbaric behavior such as influence of member in power to exercise discrimination, tribalism, egoism, arrogance and Cupidity against his colleagues. -Once you are already a member in Organization to harass other member because of his Social rank,he/she doesn't allowed to apply this attitude among us or somewhere else when you belong to (bsac), member needs to be Socialized and creating goal in society. 1.3 -person must feel confident to ask any question as much he/she can, before to register but your question must be in interest of organization, doesn’t give up to ask because of member attitude or he has to consult other organs member. -persons has right to reject any emotional process or decision which put his/her application in unlawfully such as sex exigency, extra cost of registration fees and will be prosecute by law even he/she has already left the organization. -person must have at least senior qualification which is based on level of his/her understanding,for him to be favorable as part of organ membership and your application should be consider only if he has Professional Career because we assist people with mental affect it demand a patience. ORGANIZATION REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Organization doesn’t remunerated member weekly, monthly or annually, you don’t have right to claim any good because of service renders the organization,It doesn’t provide package within yours activities, organization can recompense a member in terms of good service recognized but is not gives a guarantee to share his asset or Income with it, it is a voluntary responsibility which he agreed and doesn’t provide particularly resource when he want to surrender in organization. 2.2 Organization elaborate a program of instruction of Specific skills in Psychology, language, bible study and Basic Education and training development The member(s) needs to understand their objective of organization coming from people on ground,he must have ability to approach people trough conversation and he must attract child’s attention when he speaks and if doesn’t want to listen to your service, must write us letter 2 month before he surrender. 2.3 The member(s) doesn’t use his position to turn law system of leadership, both of organs must be always in communication and the decisions can’t taken place when a matter is not submitted to all organs without full evidence such as picture, letter, Image record, voice record or oral witness. 3.4 Ordinaries members and Executives members are all equals in the eyes of the law; no one has right above his Colleagues and charges him with a case without full evidence. The problems concern member(s) in the organization must be treated by executive’s members but if they fail, they have to send it in general assembly and decision will be taken. 3.5 Executives members must release report and proclaim date, week ,month or year which meeting will be hold with full details, he has to let the Ordinaries member(s) to get enough time to analyse the purpose. 3.6 . Ordinaries member(s) they have to study purpose on how to respond in brief delay not more than 5 days for them to submit their positive or negative statement , they must join time table themselves, mention the place of meeting, time and particular reason of their answers . 3.7 The member who holds a responsibility with negligent must be holding accountability |
