    Organizational structure: Referred to as the ‘The Board of Directors’ it is responsible for the ultimate governance of the organization and has legal, fiduciary, and ethical responsibilities. The ITF board is of 6 volunteering members and it has Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer. The day to day operations of ITF are coordinated through the Secretary General and volunteer members who are Youth from different countries at the Secretariat based in Nairobi.
    Number and type of members: we have over 1000 members currently. most of our current members are between the ages of 18 – 30 years old.
