    Organizational structure: Memory Trees is a USA registered nonprofit corporation under IRS registration category 501(c)(3). Governance and oversight is provided by an independent board of directors, including senior executives from leading organizations, like J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Prudential and IBM. Executive management is overseen by the founding family, supported by senior managers with unique skills in clinical psychology, urban farming, sign language, raw food preparation, etc.
    Number and type of members: Memory Trees does not offer or sell memberships. The corporate structure includes an independent board of directors, a management team, employees and volunteers.
