    Organizational structure: Raise Your Voice Saint Lucia shall be administered by an Executive Committee of not less than nine (9) members and not more than eighteen (18) members elected at the group’s Annual General Meeting, Executive Committee Members must be eighteen (18) years old. (b) The officers of the Executive Committee shall be: i. The President ii. The Vice President iii. The Treasurer iv. Three Directors (3) v. The Secretary vi. The Assistant Secretary vii. The Public Relation Officer viii. Nine (9) Floor Reps.
    Number and type of members: Membership of Raise Your Voice Saint Lucia shall be open to persons particularly women who are interested in promoting empowerment of women and children and contribute to the stated aims and objectives of the organisation; (b) Every member shall have one vote at general meetings; (c) The Executive Committee shall have the power to refuse membership to an applicant, where it is considered such membership would be detrimental to the aims and objectives of the organisation; (d) Registration and termination of membership. • Any member of the organisation may resign their membership, by giving the secretary written notice to that effect. • The Executive Committee may, by resolution passed at a meeting thereof, terminate or suspend the membership of any member, if in its opinion their conduct is prejudicial to the interests and objects of the Organisation, PROVIDED THAT the individual member or representative of the member organisation (as the case may be) shall have the right to be heard by the Executive Committee before the final decision is made. There shall be a right of appeal to an independent arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
