The SAMS Foundation was specifically formed to serve as the charitable, educational and humanitarian arm of the Syrian American Medical Society, Inc. SAMS Foundation Board Members shall have general authority to supervise, manage and control the Foundation in order to further the purposes set forth in this bylaws. The Board shall be staggered so that a portion of the Board is appointed every two years. The Foundation shall be managed on a day-to-day basis through its officers as set forth in Article 5. |
