    Organizational structure: The Association of Educators of Cuba is governed by the following principles: a) The governing bodies of the Association are integrated in accordance with the statutes that establish and are required to be accountable to those who elected them. b) The lower bodies are responsible to higher ones and must render accounts of their work. The higher organs of government are national. c) The agreement of all governing bodies are taken by simple majority vote and are binding. d) Its members are elected through free and secret ballot. e) The terms of those elected to the management bodies are revocable if not justify the trust placed in them. f) In all governing freedom of discussion. The governing bodies of the Association are: a) The Congress b) General Assembly Members. d) National Board. In the case of subsidiaries governing bodies they are: a) General Members Assembly. b) Board of the subsidiary. The Association of Educators of Cuba is divided into the following levels: a) National b) Provincial c) Municipal d) APC Groups The Association of Educators of Cuba is a national organization with 15 provincial branches and the special municipality of the Isle of Youth, with national headquarters in Havana and its subsidiaries in the provincial capitals.
