    Organizational structure: The major decisions in the organisation are taken by its Management Committee. The Management Committee looks into the running, structure, philosophy and management of the staff of the organisation. The decisions taken by the Management Committee are implemented by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee has the duty to report to the Management Committee. The organisation is headed by the Director, assisted by the Co-Director. Both report to the Executive Committee. Each department in the organisation has a Head of Department and they are assisted by another staff member.
    Number and type of members: The Management Committee Consists of 8 members including the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Assistant-Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant-Treasurer and two Board members. The Executive Committee is made up of 7 members including the Director, Co-Director, Manager, Social Worker, Psychologist and two Heads of Departments.
