    Organizational structure: : The governing body of NOGE consist of a Board of Directors, currently led by the Board Chair, the Executive Management Team led by the Executive Director. For some educational, community service, sports, or fund raising purposes other necessary positions are created, e.g. Director for Community Engagement. The Board is responsible for all governance decisions which must be in the best interest of the organization.
