    Organizational structure: THE STRUCTURE AND DECISION MAKING BODY OF SHOLA MESE FOUNDATION The structure of SHOLA MESE FOUNDATION is made of three (3) Board of Directors, a President, Vice President, Secretary and a Treasurer with the President being the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation. The Board of Directors has all powers or corporate authority, except such powers are otherwise provided in these bylaws of the State of Nigeria, to conduct the affairs of the foundation in accordance with these bylaws. However, the Board of Directors may by general resolution delegate to committees of their own number, or to officers of the Foundation such powers as they deem appropriate. Also, meetings, special meetings, annual meetings are held regularly with a quorum that shall consist of a majority of the Directors. Notwithstanding any provision of these bylaws, the Foundation shall not discriminate against any director, officer, employee, applicant, or participant on the basis of sex, race, color, or ethnicity or national origin. Therefore the Board of Directors shall have the power to amend, alter, make and repeal the bylaws of the Foundation by majority vote. S/N ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS / BODY FUNCTIONS 1. PRESIDENT The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation and , will subject to the control of the Board of Directors. He supervises and control the affairs of the Foundation. The President performs all duties incident to the office of the President and any other duties as prescribed by the board of Directors 2. VICE PRESIDENT The Vice President performs all duties of the President when the President is absent. 3. SECRETARY The Secretary will keep minutes of all meetings of Members and of the Board of Directors, he is the custodian of the corporate records, give notices of meeting. 4. TREASURER The treasurer will have charge and custody of all funds of the Foundation and shall deposit funds required by the Board of Directors. He shall keep and maintain the account and keep safe all business transactions.

    Affiliation with NGO networks: Yes with World Mission Foundation, Sharma Educational Foundation, Foundation For Total Rescue and National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (Drug Demand Reduction Directorate)
