    Organizational structure: THE NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL: There is established a National Executive Committee which shall comprise all the National Executive Officers of DICIDE, being: 1. President/Chairman Board of Trustees. 2. Executive Coordinator/General Secretary. 3. Vice President. 4. Legal Adviser. 5. Treasurer. 6. The Board of Trustees may expand the composition of the NEC by creating additional offices as the need arises and as may be determined by the Board of Trustees. Members of National Executive Council are: THE FOUNDER: Dr. Udoka Paul Odenigbo. Members of Board of Trustees: Dr. Paul Udoka Odenigbo Mrs. Sara Odenigbo Samuel Nwigwe, Charles Eze Agu. Other Members: Professor D.A. Maiwada- Special Education Psychologist, Alhaji Sabo Sarkin Mohammed- Public Relations expert, Dr. Gaji F. Dantata, Alhaji Tijani Mohammed Adamu, MEMBERS OF MEDICAL ADVISORY TEAM (MAT) Dr. Anagu Jonathan and Mr. Saleh Idris (RN).
