    Organizational structure: The organization can be divided into two tiers: a)Directive Management, which is composed of Board members, who perform policy making functions with contract-oversight, and approval of large disbursements: and b) Operation Management, composed of the Foundation Secretariat and led by the Executive Director with assistance from administrative and technical staff. The Foundation Secretariat is a full-time core group headed by the Executive Director who act as Chief Executive Officer, the Foundation Secretariat performs all administrative, financial, and technical support functions. Organizationally, the Secretariat is under the supervision of the Executive Director, and is expected, when circumstances so require, to perform multiple roles and support functions.
    Number and type of members: Foundation members are graduate and / or faculty members of the School of Urban and Regional Planning and graduates from other recognized planning institutes or schools. There are total of 91 regular members of the Foundation.
