The management is headed by the national Director who controls the affairs of the foundation and supervises the activity of the four regional director. The Regional Directors are directly in charge of the State Coordinator and the zonal head. The region, state and zonal district are semis autonomous are their operation their operation dictated based on the cultural geographical and demographic differences but have the same programmes and activities under Age Nigeria foundation are subjected to the aim and objective of the age Nigeria foundation has highlighted in the constitution . Where there is conflict and interest. Age Nigeria foundation at the national level will resolve this as the supreme central coordinator and final arbiter within the organisation |
