Mission statement:	The International Medical Crisis Response Alliance (IMCRA) is a non-profit 501c3 NGO formed by medical professionals. We are dedicated to providing free, easy access, interactive, native-language, expert medical educational and reference resources to professional caregivers and patients worldwide. Our special focus is populations facing both sudden and ongoing medical crises for which they may not be adequately prepared, trained or staffed. IMCRA’s mission is to fill ongoing gaps in the current domestic and international response to medical crises through delivery of adaptive, interactive web/mobile delivered medical education resources targeting specific problems healthcare professionals patients and families face in an ongoing medical emergency/crisis. IMCRA, through coordinating with leading medical experts, creates and delivers short video based educational programs designed to: • Support victims and encourage them to reach out for help • Educate victim's families and friends who seek to help or support victims • Provide educational and referral resources to healthcare professional who may not be adequately trained to deal with issues like Environmentally-linked respiratory disorders and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Using a four-phase approach (Outreach Coordination, Online Curriculum, Onsite Programs, and Publications) IMCRA works to ascertain the needs of each constituent group. In partnership with leading experts, IMCRA then creates and provides educational programs and services to victims, families and caregivers. Using advanced communications technology, IMCRA takes advantage of low-cost wireless routes that many users favor; making content universally accessible in most regions. Use of IMCRA resources is anonymous. Registration is optional for those who wish to acquire more information or be alerted about upcoming programs and resources.
