Mission statement:	The Universal Declaration of Human rights was declared by the United Nations on the 10th of December 1948, in the wake of the Second World war which say the most brutal injustices the world had ever seen up until then take place. The Declaration was meant to guide the way towards the creation of a civilization based on the respect of individuals, no matter their race, religion or ethnic group. The Association for Human Rights and Tolerance was founded on December 10th, 2004 with the aim of spreading the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in order to make it the cornerstone upon which agreements between nations and the peoples of Earth would be made.
