Organizational structure: |
INWES is governed by a board of directors consisting of elected directors who represent organizations, corporations, university/institute, or individual memberships. All board members are elected every three years during the AGM and the Executive board members are elected in by the new board members at the meeting. |

The current membership as of October 2014 represents about 200,000 women scientists and engineers over 25 countries around the world. This comprises of 21 organisational members, 2 University / Institutions, 58 Individual members and 11 honorary members |
