    Organizational structure: We are an NGO with our Programme Director being the head of our organisation in charge of all women empowerment initiatives, we have country mangers with a high degree of flexibility. This fosters collaboration and effectiveness, whilst also creating real accountability for the delivery of long-term strategic priorities.
    Number and type of members: Our team has a deep understanding, practical experience in delivering tailored services according to set goals, specific requirements and expectations. They have managed & executed many research, awareness and outreach programmes such as a community bottom up approach on compliance. Governance & implementation of CSR projects -creating ownership- aimed at woman and youth-to assist practitioners to transfer skills to rural communities Our team has an exceptional expertise in management, strategy formulation & implementation. They have participated in debates and forums that underpin planning & budgeting to ensure inclusive and participatory governance. Programme Director, holds a MBA degree, she has gained experience in ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within budget. Her team members brings in valuable experience from VSO with a couple of years experience working in development management with multiple degrees in Social Work and MA in Political Science that focused on advancement of gender equality in post apartheid South Africa. Our finance analyst has over 11 years working experience. We have researchers ad gender activist from the Wits University
