Organs – The organs of Greycells are: The General Assembly, which is the ruling body of the Association and the Executive Committee, which carries out all actions related to the management of ongoing business. |
Number and type of members: |
Greycells has 60 members and is rapidly increasing its membership. Greycells members are former international civil servants who have retired from international organizations. They identify themselves with the principles and objectives of the United Nations Charter and the corresponding basic texts of the other international organizations. Members place the knowledge, experience and expertise which they have acquired during their careers at the disposal of requesting national authorities, international organizations and the private sector, on a voluntary pro bono basis. Person shaving retired from a diplomatic mission, a national administration or a NGO may also be members. |
