| Organizational structure: |
Young Diplomats of Canada (YDC)'s organizational structure is as follows: Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, Chief Administrative Officer, a Treasurer, 5 Leads, 6 Coordinators. The Executive Director oversees strategy and is accountable for the actions of Executive. The Deputy Executive Director manages the programs, operations and communications aspects of the organization, which includes managing individual team members who are part of the Programs, Recruitment and Communications teams. The Chief Administrative Officer oversees the organization's business development, finance and administration, including the management of the Business Development team and Treasurer. The Executive is selected through a competitive, open nomination and application process. We seek regional, gender and linguistic (English/French) diversity. A Board of Directors oversees YDC's activities and makes recommendations on an as-needed basis. |

Young Diplomats of Canada has 150 members. The members do not pay fees or dues - they are able to register for free membership through our website, and receive information about our upcoming delegations, summits and training conferences. |
