    Organizational structure: : Organizational and management structure of the organization: 1 / General Assembly 2 / executive office 3 / Board of Trustees First: The General Assembly The General Assembly consists of all registered members who meet the conditions for membership, representing the supreme authority of the organization. 1 / Terms of reference for the General Assembly: - a. Approves the organization's Statute, and any necessary amendment on it. B. Election of the Executive Office and the designation of the three officers. C. Approves subscription fees proposed by the Executive Office. D. Approves the term's report and Budget review. E. Approves annual or limited periods' work plans. 2 / General Assembly meetings: - Second: the Executive Bureau: - The Executive Office consists of 9 members elected by the General Assembly 1 / Tasks and functions of the Executive Office: - a. The submission of the internal regulations to the Office of the Registrar. B. The implementation of policies and plans that regulate the work of the organization. C. nomination of the Board of Trustees Dr. Preparation and submission of annual reports to the General Assembly for approval E. nomination of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Secretary General of the Council F. The conclusion of contracts, agreements, Memoirs of understanding with various relevant parties. G. Seeking the help of whom it sees relevant to perform its duties. H. The Executive Office, with the authorization of the General Assembly, has the right to dismiss any of its members if it is proved he breached any article of the statute of the organization or failed to carry his duties, and elect another member to fill the vacant place in the same executive office. Executive office decisions are adopted with the consent of the numerical majority of its members and each member has one vote, and in the event of an equal number of votes, the chairman has a casting vote. 5 / The Board of Directors' term is three years from the date of its election, and may be re-elected for a second term. Third: The Board of Trustees: - The Board of Trustees is an advisory body to be selected by the executive committee from people of abilities: thought and opinion, money and good organization to support the Organization, discuss its plans, give advice to carry out its goals and review the budget; and this body meets every six months. -Training of 25 organizations on the girls education in collaboration with UNICEF - Trained 200 staff in Kassala state for disaster prevention - Train number 150 on first aid in Red Sea state -Training of 120 staff in Gedaref State for peace-building and conflict resolution - Participation in a convoy of humanitarian aid and support in Kassala State - Held three workshops in peace-building and conflict resolution - Organizing a workshop for amending the Constitution - Held a workshop on election monitoring Field visits: - The visit to Camp Refugees Bodherifi - Visit Refugees Camp in Gedaref State - Visit the families of the 25 orphans in Red Sea state
