Mission statement:	Reyada for Capacity Building studies and Consultations (RCBSC) is a Sudanese non- governmental organization officially registered with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) at federal level in june 2012. It was founded by a group of volunteers (male &female) who were concerned about issues of training capacity building in Sudan with special focus on the states of : Khartoum , Red sea, Gadarif and White Nile, South Kordofan and West Darfour states. No sustainable intervention can be envisaged without active participation of the communities at stake. RCBSC noticed that the indigenous voluntary sector was almost weak existent in these areas due to a lack of orientation and skilled human resources. Hence, there is the need to focus on Training and mobilizing the members of communities, in order to include and involve them in the development process RCBSC is a legal entity governed by a 40strong Sudanese General Assembly, 10 of who form the Board of Trustees. Ambassador Omer Yousif Breduo is the chairman of the trustees' board. He is specialist in international diplomacy and development. Its Executive Director is Austaza Insherah Khalil with over 25 years of experience in civil service or work RCBSC has 13 permanent sturdy staff and 5 consultants in the field of management, peace building and conflict resolution, advocacy, gender issues, health promotion and accountant. RCBSC targets youth, women, pastoralists, farmers unions and native administration, paramount chiefs, politicians, National Non Governmental Organization (NNGO) and Civil Society Organizations CSOs. RCBSC has established partnerships with (UNDP), Concordis International, UNICEF,UNHCR,UNAIDS,HAC SUDAN etc. RCBSC is different from other NNGOs because all the working staff, who is all Sudanese national, has a deep understanding of the conflict dynamics in Sudan, press needs and problems of the community . Our mechanisms for implementing projects are: Workshops, conferences, seminars, dialogues, capacity building training to advocate for peace building, peace culture , human rights and rising public awareness in public health issues. The organization will address CSOs, LNGOs, youth, women groups and community leaders as key elements in social changes. RCBSC program is currently anchored in three key areas, namely peace building and conflict resolution , capacity building , food security and livelihood as well as awareness rising. Objectives:  To assist Sudanese to assist themselves in achieving development , sustainable peace and improved health situation.  To contribute to the protection of children from all forms of abuse in the course of our work.  To support National NGOs and Civil Society Organizations CSOs to strengthen their capacity for further networking and sharing of expertise and knowledge  To advocate and influence for mainstreaming of gender equity and women empowerment in all facet of public life.  To support community based initiatives for sustainable food security and livelihood  To Support communities to realize peace building and conflict resolution  Facilitation of community participation in development programs. Organizational structure:	: Organizational and management structure of the organization: 1 / General Assembly 2 / executive office 3 / Board of Trustees First: The General Assembly The General Assembly consists of all registered members who meet the conditions for membership, representing the supreme authority of the organization. 1 / Terms of reference for the General Assembly: - a. Approves the organization's Statute, and any necessary amendment on it. B. Election of the Executive Office and the designation of the three officers. C. Approves subscription fees proposed by the Executive Office. D. Approves the term's report and Budget review. E. Approves annual or limited periods' work plans. 2 / General Assembly meetings: - Second: the Executive Bureau: - The Executive Office consists of 9 members elected by the General Assembly 1 / Tasks and functions of the Executive Office: - a. The submission of the internal regulations to the Office of the Registrar. B. The implementation of policies and plans that regulate the work of the organization. C. nomination of the Board of Trustees Dr. Preparation and submission of annual reports to the General Assembly for approval E. nomination of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Secretary General of the Council F. The conclusion of contracts, agreements, Memoirs of understanding with various relevant parties. G. Seeking the help of whom it sees relevant to perform its duties. H. The Executive Office, with the authorization of the General Assembly, has the right to dismiss any of its members if it is proved he breached any article of the statute of the organization or failed to carry his duties, and elect another member to fill the vacant place in the same executive office. I. Call the General Assembly for an extraordinary meeting or an emergency meeting. K. Any other tasks entrusted to it by the Assembly. 2 / meetings of the Executive Office: - 1. The executive Office holds its regular meeting at least once in a month or at the request of the president, or his representative in the case of his absence. 2. The Executive secretary is required to setup procedures, calls for the meetings at the request of the president, and write and edit the minutes and proceedings of the meetings to be signed by the president or his representative. 3. The Director-General may invite, at his discretion, to the meetings of the Executive Office any experts and knowledgeable advisors. 4. Executive office decisions are adopted with the consent of the numerical majority of its members and each member has one vote, and in the event of an equal number of votes, the chairman has a casting vote. 5 / The Board of Directors' term is three years from the date of its election, and may be re-elected for a second term. Third: The Board of Trustees: - The Board of Trustees is an advisory body to be selected by the executive committee from people of abilities: thought and opinion, money and good organization to support the Organization, discuss its plans, give advice to carry out its goals and review the budget; and this body meets every six months. -Training of 25 organizations on the girls education in collaboration with UNICEF - Trained 200 staff in Kassala state for disaster prevention - Train number 150 on first aid in Red Sea state -Training of 120 staff in Gedaref State for peace-building and conflict resolution - Participation in a convoy of humanitarian aid and support in Kassala State - Held three workshops in peace-building and conflict resolution - Organizing a workshop for amending the Constitution - Held a workshop on election monitoring Field visits: - The visit to Camp Refugees Bodherifi - Visit Refugees Camp in Gedaref State - Visit the families of the 25 orphans in Red Sea state
