    Organizational structure: Le REFEDE-MALI est une organisation non gouvernemental de type réseau, dont les organes sont l'assemblée générale, le comité directeur, le secrétariat, le comité scientifique et technique qui appui le bureau et le secrétariat dans l’élaboration des documents techniques
    Number and type of members: Le REFEDE-MALI est composé d'une quarantaine d'organisations féminines ou mixte avec un leadership féminin ( associations, ONG, Coopératives). Chacune des organisations membres ont une reconnaissance légale auprès du Gouvernement du Mali Les organisations interviennent dans le domaine de la protection des droits des femmes dans la gestion des ressources naturelles , les changements climatiques, la dégradation des terres, l'accès à l'eau et aux ressources naturelles , la protection de la santé, la gestion des déchets et les produits chimiques
    Affiliation with NGO networks: REFEDE MALI est affilié à des réseaux comme le RESO CLIMAT, la Coalition Nationale pour la Protection du Fleuve Niger , la Plateforme Nationale de Gestion des Risques et Catastrophes, la Plate forme Nationale de Gestion de la Secheresse, GNDR, etc.
