    Organizational structure: Ilitha Labantu has ten board members and five advisory board. Board members are the decission makers, it also have an internal management team which is a group of managers of diffrent departments. Ilitha have five departments 1. Building Bridges 2. Clinical department/ HIV & ADIS 3. Legal deparment 4. Family enrichment 5. Youth prevention violence
    Number and type of members: 50 Full time staff members, 20 part time and 200 volunteers
