Mission statement:	When it was decided to create US. UCIA CORPORATION INC. commitment to maximize the experience gained in the field of cooperation with the Christian community in the world so that they could get the best performance of the means available, always working in familiar places and with those created they had already demonstrated their ability and dedication for the benefit of the population with higher material and spiritual needs, this is where the horizon that hides the true face of the need for people at social risk acting as Agents Chaplains social Development is discovered, US certified. U.C.I.A. INTERNATIONAL. This is how is born US. INTERNATIONAL UCIA with the primary purpose of transforming the lives of people at social risk which know not God, and as agents chaplains social development of underdeveloped and developing countries, training the Christian community to be agents of change for the development of their communities being a community minister to be accredited as a chaplain. The purpose is to contribute to improving the spiritual, physical and intellectual development of children, youth, parents of families in accordance with their pastors who carry out social services to persons belonging to centers of marginal population and sub developed and the general population requiring help potentiate their role as citizens and improve their quality of life.
