The (LAFODAP NIGERIA) Love Alliance Foundation for Orphans, Disabled and Abandoned persons in Nigeria is structured as follows: - A Board of trustees of Seven (07) members, chaired by PRESIDENT. - An Executive Committee of Council of Discipline (06) which is responsible for the daily management of the foundation and its annexes. This coordination direction represents the Institution in all acts of civil life. The Love Alliance Foundation for Orphans, Disabled and Abandoned persons in Nigeria (LAFODAP NIGERIA) activities revolve around its motto: One Love, One Family. This unfolds in practice, by the welcome coaching, education, information, training and integration into working life for environment in one hand. On the other hand, promote, safeguard and support the efforts of each other. In short, attend the layer of the most disadvantaged persons. "ORPHANS, DISABLED AND ABANDONED". The coach staff and LAFODAP NIGERIA part of a special professional status undertake the task ahead, because of the humanitarian involvement which is the guarantor in its commitment. This humanitarian involvement entitles it to a regulation which provides for a special categorization in three (3) types namely: - Support staff - National administrative frameworks - International administrative frameworks 1) The support staff consists of permanent staff completing tasks under the responsibility of a department head or a cat section. 2) National administrative frameworks consist of all staff responsible for carrying out tasks at the regional level as Regional Delegate under the care of the National Coordinator. 3) International administrative managers to represent the institution outside under the initiative of the General Coordinator guarantor of the organization at all levels of management policy.
