    Organizational structure: The school is governed by the head of hchool who reports to a board of directors composed of parents and community members. The school is then divided into three divisions, Lower, Middle, and Upper with faculty that support each division. There are 20+ employees for each division and a separate operations department wiht a dozen employees. Studeints in Upper School are ages 14-18 are will be the source of United Nations participation.
    Number and type of members: There are over 850 faculty, students, and support staff. Students are from K-12 grades, with 270 coming from the high school (the main focus of manpower for research and communty outreach.
