Organizational structure: |
i)The executive council; Shall consist of the paramount chief , the chairperson of AGM’S, the hamqua the chairperson of the woman’s league, the junior paramount chief chairperson of the youths league, the head elder chairperson of the elders council, senior chiefs head of the provincial structure, the high commissioner head of the commission. The executive council shall have its chairperson, general secretary and general treasurer; this body shall operate at a national and international level. ii)The provincial executive council; Shall consist of the senior chief being the chairperson and the head of the provincial structure in conjunction with other senior chiefs. Having in his office the local chiefs. Iii) The local executive council; the local chief of the area shall be the chairperson and senior the head persons shall be in the office of the local chief. *National executive council. • National and international level the paramount chief will represent the tribe will be as the president and will be seeing to the well-being of the tribe and other khoe khoena tribes with the consultation of advisors, the elder council, senior chiefs, the commissioners, woman’s and youths council. The 14 roles and functions shall be implemented on the national level as well as provincial and local. * Women council. • The hamqua (queen) will be the head of the woman commission serving on a national and international level to the well-being of the Goringhaicona woman if necessary the woman of other tribes all negotiations done with the consultation of executive council and its advisors blessings, the woman commission shall have their chairpersons on the national executive level, also on provincial and local level, have its secretaries and treasurers but reports of all activities must be reported to the national executive chairperson whom in turn must report all activities to the national executive council. *Youths council. • The junior paramount chief shall be head of the youth commission and will be representing the Goringhaicona tribe international and nationally also other tribes if it is necessary, promoting the best will for the youths, all negotiations and decision making must first be brought before the national executive council before a blessing on the go ahead will be given, all reports on all activities must be reported regularly to the executive council period of three months not later than the 30 June of each year, this include all other commissions, (woman etc). The youth commission shall have its chair person, secretary and treasurer which reports their activities to the national executive council, just like the woman commission they will be part of the national executive council, the provincial executive council and the local executive council. *Elders council. • The elders council is one of the highest authorities, but not above that of the paramount chief. The elder’s council can adopt such power if the paramount chief misuses his powers the elder’s council can call him to a halt and override such decisions they find to be a threat to the tribe only if it can cause a war. The duty of the elders council is to protect the paramount chief at all times, but in the event of the paramount chief committing a serious crime or crimes the elders council which will act as the high court or constitutional court (tribally called natural justice or common law, has the right according to the PTY LTD RSA form this justice system and even a tribunal which will operate to THE LAWS OF !TSUI GOAB the laws of nature.) |
