    Organizational structure: Organizational Structure THE GOVERNING BOARD The National Council of African Descendants in America, is an Council attached to the Chief Executive Officer Office & the Office of the President (OP). It is composed of a Governing Board headed by The Office of the President and its Secretariat, the members of which are heads or representatives of nongovernmental organizations, and of African Descendants in America, as well as civic and Social cause-oriented organizations. The National Council of African Descendants in America's Chief Executive Officer Office(CEO) Secretariat provides the machinery to coordinate functions, organize services and evaluates programs, as may be required by the Board in the exercise of its functions. An Executive Director, assisted by a Deputy Executive Director, heads the Secretariat, both of whom are appointed by the Office of the President (OP). THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE The Executive Committee (ExCom) assists the Board headed by the Chief Executive Officer Office(CEO), the (ExCom) serves as the Committee that processes and resolves Civil and Social-related issues and policy that’s Systematically Imposed on African Descended Men,Women,Children in America, the Executive Committee also provides Program recommendations before presentation to the Board for action. THE SUB-COMMITTEES The National Council of African Descendants in America’s Board shall have Five (5) to Eight (8) sub-committee members, of which shall be selected by the Office of the President (OP) from among the members of the Board and other experts on their own specific areas of concern. However, the Board may create additional sub-committees and task forces as may be deemed necessary to carry out its functions: 1. Sub-Committee on Training, Employment and Livelihood – Chaired by the Department of African American Development and Employment (DOAADE) 2. Sub-Committee on Civil and Social Services of African Descendants in America – Chaired by the Department of Social Wellbeing and Advancement of African Descended in America(DSWAOADA) 3. Sub-Committee on Health – Chaired by the Department of Health of African Descendants in America(DOHADA) 4. Sub-Committee on Information, Communications and Technology – Chaired by the Department of Technological, Information and Communications (DOTIC) 5. Sub-Committee on Education – Chaired by the Department of African Education (DepAEd) THE DIVISIONS OF THE COUNCIL The Chief Executive Officer office (CEO) The Chief Executive Officer Office, provides the overall direction, supervision and coordination of all the divisions. Programs Management Division (PMD) 1. Plans, develops and evaluates programs and projects in support of policies formulated by the Board; 2. Plans, develops and evaluates national programs on the prevention of the causes of Recognition, Justice and Economical Development of African Descendants in America; 3. Prepares papers, project proposals and technical reports and other activities assigned by the Director; 4. Develops and strengthens national linkages concerning the welfare of African Descent; 5.Conducts researches on Poverty-related areas. Information, Education and Communication Division (IECD) 1.Plans and develops Comprehensive public information programs on African Descendants Nationality issues; 2.Disseminates information through the use of publications, tri-media, audio-visual materials and other IEC projects; 3.Provides IEC support to all programs and projects of the Council and concerned agencies; 4.Establishes information linkages and networks Technical Cooperation Center (TCC) 1.Establishes, maintains linkages and networking with concerned international organizations and facilitates resource exchange on African Descended-related concerns; 2.Develops and technical cooperation programs to promote resource generation for local organizations of and for persons of African Descent,
