Organizational structure: PSAC is a non-profit organisation established to reduce gender marginalization,poverty and hunger,unemployment and economic dependency by Nigerian women and youths. PSAC organization structure is as follow: Board of Trustees:These are trustees of the organisation. Advisory Board: This is more effective than the board of trustees. They are responsible to monitor and advise on the organisation activities. It is made up of carrier professionals. Executive Director: She is responsible for day to day activities in the organisation. Every department head is accountable to her. Project Manager: He designs and implements all the organization projects on the approval of the executive director. He ensure the success implementation of all projects. Accountant: She is responsible to the income and expenditure of the organisation. Human Resource manager: She is responsible for staff recruitment but must be approved by the boards. staff welfare,sanctions and relationship between the organisation and the public are all her duties. She also work as image maker of the organisation. Head of trainings: She coordinates all training departments and activities. Training Officers: They are responsible for internal and external trainings. Supporting staff: They include office assistants,interns and cleaners.
