    Organizational structure: The Emmanuel Ivorgba Foundation is governed by a formidable and very experience Team, comprising a Board of Trustees, a Management Team and an International Advisory Council. The Board of Trustees meets four times a year, and is responsible for oversight, adopts rules, regulations, and policies governing the Foundation. Our International Advisory Council (IAC) is made up of experienced leaders, professionals and experts from around the world. The Advisory Council serves as idea-engines and provides informed guidance, additional expert knowledge, networking, fundraising and public relations, etc. The Management Team works to ensure Sound Management practices, makes conflict-free decisions, considers legal standards and industry practices, creates a culture of integrity at all levels, ensures effective and ethical operations, business and budget planning, risk management, financial reporting and public relations, including management and training of staff and volunteers, and ensures that the organization is meeting its responsibilities as well as ensuring the activities are funded and properly implemented.
