Organizational structure: |
At the helm of Educate a Child in Africa, Inc. is the Board. The members work with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer on general matters pertaining to the mission, vision and future of the organization. They also help to tailor ECA projects to suit specific areas. The Executive Director is in charge of the day to day affairs of the organization. The Chief Operating Officer is second in command. He assist the Executive Director in running the organization but he focuses on strategy and impact of projects. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial aspects of ECA. The Education and Programs Director is responsible for crafting educational projects in close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer. The Communications Officer is responsible for developing promotional information for dissemination to organizations/foundations. Volunteers serve diverse purposes depending on the need of ECA at a given time in point. |
