    Organizational structure: The structure of FIMOAT-CIG defines how our planned activities/projects with respected dates and place of occurrence are task located, coordinated and supervised towards the achievements of the aim of FIMOAT-CIG which is the transformation of agriculture in Cameroon into second generation agriculture by the promotion of climate-smart agriculture, the production of agro equipment and machineries, alongside fighting human rights abuses in the agricultural sector in particular and the society in general , with a particular interest on youths and women. Ø The general management (commanded by the delegate and secretary) has a particular task of watching over human right abuses originating from both the public and private sector, working externally to raise funds and get partners including foreign investors for the organization. Provide capital as funds and loans on moderate interest rates to members for farming and food processing. The general management is also in charge of the recruitment of workers and -The delegate shall preside over all meetings (the executive and general assembly), sign all correspondences, counter signs all cheques or endorses all documents relating to financial relations and convene meetings and all other matters assigned                                        -The secretary shall keep correct records of all the meetings of the group, keep the register of members, prepare correspondences and perform all secretarial duties and prepare the agenda of all meetings with the approval Ø The production department (commanded by the adviser) is subdivided into three namely the health, safety and environment, conception and methods of production; workshop and the warehouse. Ø The agricultural technology department (Commanded by a member) is in charge of bringing new members in the organization and helping them grow through spreading of agricultural knowledge in all branches of agriculture particularly climate-smart agriculture. This is usually done through forums, panel discussions, press conferences, forums, workshops and conferences. Ø The finance department (commanded by the financial secretary and the treasurer) is responsible for taking note of all the income and expenses (payments of workers and others to purchase production materials) savings in the organization bank account and writing the financial reports of the organization.       -The financial secretary shall amongst other things, keep clearly and accurately explicit accounting records shall be the financial bookkeeper of the organization, carry out any other duty that shall be assigned to him/her by the organization.                                 -It shall be the duty of the treasurer to receive money contributed in the organization and keep in the group’s bank account, carry out any other financial transactions and handle all related documents, give timely reports of all financial transactions as the group requires.
