    Organizational structure: The Foundation for Support of Scientific, Educational and Technological Research of Rondônia denominated Research Institute of Rondônia - IPRO is a legal entity of private law without economic and nonpartisan purposes, with headquarters and forum in the city of Porto Velho, State of Rondônia. Its constitution was authorized on 03/08/2010, by the Public Ministry of the State of Rondônia, through Act no. 001/2010, by the then Attorney General, Curator of Foundations. Officially, the Institute was constituted on March 10, 2010, under the terms of the public deed, at the Registry and Registry of Legal Entities Assis Barros, Registry No. 7,743, Book A-264, in Leaves 090/104 and in the 3rd Registry Office Civil Registry and Notary of Notes, Book 38-N, Protocol 0008080, Fl. 120/124, Comarca de Porto Velho - RO, with the purpose of acting in the carrying out of studies, research and projects of a technical, scientific, educational, cultural, religious, historical and environmental nature, in order to serve the interests of society, public entities And private, in accordance with Law 8.958 / 94, regulated by Decree 5.205 / 04. Recently through Law no. 3,055 was decreed State Public Utility and Decree Federal Public Utility through Ordinance no. 547 of March 19, 2014. IPRO holds the certificate of Beneficent Entity of Social Assistance. Our Administrative Structure is composed of 05 (five) Effective Members, Executive Board composed of: 01 Chief Executive Officer, 01 Technical Director and 01 Administrative Director, we also have 01 Board of Directors composed of 05 members and 01 Fiscal Council composed of 05 members. We still have staff In the areas of accounting, legal advice, administrative assistance and approximately 30 volunteers.
    Number and type of members: IPRO is composed of 05 (five) Effective Members, Executive Board composed of: 01 Chief Executive Officer, 01 Technical Officer and 01 Administrative Officer, we also have 01 Board of Directors composed of 05 members and 01 Fiscal Council composed of 05 members. We still have 01 accountant, 02 legal advisors, 01 administrator, 02 Technical Members, 30 volunteers. A total of approximately 59 people.
