    Organizational structure: SLNI has a committed team of young, vibrant and qualified individuals working in various capacities to achieve her goals and objectives. The day to day activities are run under three broad departments; Programs, Communications and Administration/Human Resources under the supervision of a General Manager who reports to the Chief Oversight Officer who in turn reports members of the board of trustees and advisory board.
    Number and type of members: SLNI has dedicated team working day to day to achieve our objectives. We have a large pool of volunteers who contribute their skills and time to the development of our programs. We have a support group of women living with HIV.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Working in partnership with relevant governmental institutions and agencies, local (decentralised) political and administrative bodies and departments to initiate and implement development programmes and projects at the rural communities
