    Organizational structure: We are a non-governmental organization registered in Chile since 2006 as a not-for-profit corporation. The organization is constituted by an assembly of associates which is the deliberative forum and is represented by a board of directors that manage the NGO.

He obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Católica and a Masters in constitutional law from the Universidad de Talca. Mr. Dougnac is a former Member of the Chilean Environmental Agency and current board member of AIDA. Francisco Ferrada: Obtained his Law degree and LLM in Procedural Law from the Universidad de Chile. He was FIMA’s Executive Manager from 2008 to 2012 and is currently a board member. He was involved in the defense and empowerment of the Arica communities, which had been affected by toxic pollution. Rodrigo Polanco. Law degree, Universidad de Chile, Masters in Law and Economics from the same University and LLM from New York University (NYU). He is member of the board since 1998. Ezio Costa: Obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Chile. He works as Researcher at the Center of Regulation and Competition Law, of the Universidad de Chile Law School, from 2011 to date. Ezio has been working at FIMA since 2006 and is it Executive Director since August 2012. He is the president of the Civil Society Council of the Environmental Assessment Service from January 2013. Gabriela Burdiles: Obtained her law degree from the Universidad Católica de Chile and a Masters in International Studies, from the Universidad de Chile. In 2015 she studied a MSC in Human Rights at the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. Gabriela has been working at FIMA since 2009 and is the Project Director since 2011. Diego Lillo: Obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Chile. Coordinator of FIMA's litigation area. Rodrigo Perez: Obtained his Law degree from the Universidad de Chile. Part of FIMA's litigation area since 2013. He will participate in litigation and workshops. Victoria Belemmi: obtained her law degree from the Universidad de Chile. Currently, she is part of FIMA's litigation area. Fernando Gibson: Law student at the Universidad Diego Portales. He is assistant since October 2016. Antonio Madrid: Obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Chile. Project assistant, has been working in FIMA since September 2015. Victoria Galleguillos: Obtained her law degree from the Universidad de Chile. Currently is project assistant of FIMA. Constanza Dougnac: Communications Officer, Journalist and Social Communications major from the University Alberto Hurtado. She has been working in FIMA since 2013.
