Organizational structure: |
DACT is structured along a clear hierarchy to ensure order and role definition for all members and secretariat staff of the organization. DACT has an Executive Board of Trustees, which is the highest decision making body of the organisation. The Board composed of twelved members. DACT has its apex the Board of Trustees, which approved the policy for DACT Executive Members committee and staffs. DACT has a management committee composed of six members performs the day-to-day management activities. The management committee works closely with the permanent, short term staffs and contractual staff of the organisation. In general, DACT is staffed with experienced volunteer, permanent and contract staff in planning and implementation of long-term and short-term projects. |
