BOARD OF TRUSTEES Board Role, Size, Composition: NPIAC shall be run by a 21 member Board of trustees, comprising credible Nigerians deliberately selected from all works of life, having vast experience in their fields of endeavor, many whom have served and serving in very senior endeavor, many whom have served and serving in very senior governmental positions. Including Traditional rulers and Religious Leaders, drawn from each geopolitical Zone. It is shall be chaired by the founder/ National Group Commandant General. The Board is responsible for overall policy and direction of the Corps and delegates responsibility for day-to-day operations to the Corps Executive Director and committees. The Board shall have up to twenty-one but no fewer than twelve members. The board receives no compensation other than reimbursement of reasonable expenses. The Board shall meet at least quarterly, at an agreed upon time at the National command Headquarter. The BOT meets quarterly to evaluate the organization performance and make policies that would enhance high level of performance. They shall also look into Senior Officers Affairs, promotion, disciplinary action and general wellbeing of the organization. Programmes designed by the Advisory Councils are submitted to the BOT for approval before onward transmission to the Executive Council for execution. The Executive Council shall forward yearly budget to the BOT for approval. All remuneration shall be on the approval of the BOT. they shall within their terms of reference and mandate applies without fear or favour decisions for the benefits of the organization and indeed the country. The BOT members shall be entitled to hotels, feeding and transport allowance. Every member is entitle to a PA and guard in his residence. However, the BOT chairman is entitle to Orderly/PA and guards in his residence. PATRONS NPIAC has provision for 15 Patrons, two each to be drawn from the six (6) geopolitical zones including religious. There are two grand Patrons, a male and female. They are the parent of the Organization. They are entitled to personnel guards. ADVISORY COUNCIL The Advisory Council is chaired by the National Adviser on Strategy of NPIAC. The Advisory Council is the brain box of NPIAC and as such has seven (10) standing committees and sub-committees design to strategically deal with all aspect of security lacuna and advice the Executive Council on how to approach situations professionally and effectively. The Executive Council shall execute the laid down strategy accordingly. And where an idea emanates from the Executive Council they would forward it to the Advisory Council for evaluation.
