    Organizational structure: ANCAMTA has a clear structure that is consist of Board of Directors, Managing Director, Operation Manager, and three technical departments. The Board of Directors is comprised of highly qualified professionals who have an eminent line of business in Somaliland and in the international community. The chairman of the BoD provides technical advice, backstopping support and guidance to the Managing Director by contributing leading managerial and technical experience. The management team of ANCAMTA consists of chairman of the BoD, the Managing Director, and Operational Manager. The Managing Director is the head of the organization as he is responsible for the implementation of programs and organizational strategies and policies. The Operation Manager assists the Managing Director and acts as deputy Managing Director and he is responsible technical operations and management of projects. ANCAMTA employs permanent staff and part-time staff and volunteers.
    Number and type of members: More than 100 people, including local and international, are committed working ANCAMTA Experts. ANCAMTA’s activities are directed by the Managing Director assisted by Chairman of the Board and Operation Manager, Consultants, Experts and Associates
