The Zigen Fund is a membership organization, with a 14 person board of directors voted by members, a chairperson of the board, a president, a treasurer, and a secretary, which are voted by the BOD. Zigen has annual meetings, annual BOD meetings and an executive committee which regularly meet to coordinate and execute tasks. |
