Mission statement:	CICREDHO vise à offrir aux organisations de la société civile, y compris les syndicats et les associations de jeunes un espace de : Capitalisation des acquis et des bonnes pratiques ; Service de conseils en droits de l’homme ; Mutualisation des techniques et approches d’intervention ; Professionnalisation des opérations en matière de gestion des ressources administratives, humaines, logistiques et financières, de recherches, de management des connaissances et des acquis, et d’analyse objective des situations des droits de l’homme ; Renforcement des capacités, des outils, des approches et des techniques d’intervention ; Centre de ressources pour la visibilité de l’ensemble des engagements conventionnels et des recommandations formulées par des mécanismes au niveau national, régional et international, ainsi que les avancées réalisées dans leur mise en œuvre et les défis rencontrées, afin de favoriser le monitoring ; Incitation à des actions concertées pour le respect des engagements conventionnels et le renforcement des mécanismes nationaux de mise en œuvre et de suivi des droits de l’homme.
