Organizational structure: |
SEAL is governed by a 10-member Board of Directors. Each Director is re-elected each year by majority vote. The Board of Directors is supported by a Treasurer and Secretary, and meets on a quarterly basis in New York City. SEAL has one full-time paid staff member, the Executive Director, who reports to the Board of Directors and is based in New York. SEAL's Project Manager, Nassif Wakim, is based in Lebanon and hired on a freelance basis as a consultant. In addition, SEAL is supported by a network of around 30 volunteers who regularly support on project sourcing, due diligence, monitoring & evaluation, event organizing, fundraising and communications. |
