    Organizational structure: We currently have a board of trustees which comprises of four members and an advisory board who help to critique project ideas as well as interview prospective employees. Then, we have the executive director who sees to the smooth running of the organization. He is directly followed by Programmes and Media Manager, Media Head, Administrator and Finance Manager. The Programmes and Media Manager supervises the senior programme officer, Program officer for Sexual and Reproductive Health, Governance and Policies, Enterprise, Programme Officer II, Programme Assistants as well as Programmes Intern and volunteers. Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects is carried out in this office. The Media Head supervises the Media Officer and the Media Intern. The Administrator and Finance Manager supervises the Admin Officer 1, Admin Intern and Office Assistants.
