    Organizational structure: The governance of CIAN is through a Board of Trustees, Advisory Team and an Executive Committee, with ancillary support from Front-line activists, Volunteers, Affiliates and Partners. At CIAN, the Executive Committee is charged with the responsibility of executing all the organization's programs.
    Number and type of members: CIAN is open to membership from all parts of Nigeria. However, membership is independent of the organization but cannot be independent of its guiding philosophy since membership is built around projects and campaigns. Membership types are in 3 categories: - Membership by Qualification - Membership by Affiliation and; - Membership by Association.
