Mission statement:	Atwar tends to: 1. Conduct explotaratory studies in cultural, social,political,economic fields and social phenomena 2.Conduct and issue annual reports about women, child youth and civil society activity. 3.Presents training programms for civil organizations to form work teams and enable them to participate in resarch projects. 4.Raising of social awareness,which will enable to enhance and setablish values of democracy,human rights and respect the cultural variety. 5.Obliteration of illiteracy with all its types (scientific and cultural) presents vocational rehabilitation , occupational and human development programmes. 6.Preparing, formation youth leaderships and rehabilitation to make social change 7.Participate to support the women political,economic and enhancement of women leadership 8.Encourage the creative talents and youth potentials 9.Establish confedaracies and companies with the civil organization (international, regional and local) to exchange the experiences present support and assistance to serve organization aims. 10.Encouragment the culture of voluntary work and creation os social initatives.
