    Organizational structure: DICI is governed by a four (4) member Board of Trustees composed of development professionals and social workers with broad experience in development work. The Board of Trustees contributes to networking, resource mobilization, and overall strategic direction of the DICI. Also is a five (5) member Advisory board. DICI has four (4) full-time employees: the Executive Director, Program Officer, Finance and Administrative officer, and Monitoring & Evaluation officer Volunteers and Interns assist them. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations and the successful implementation of programs & projects. Our management team & staff is among the experienced and competent actors in the fields of human right, conflict management, peacebuilding, Gender & youth development, and community development.
